X-Pipe Short Assembly, 1996-04 4.6 SOHC/DOHC Mustang w/Race Pipes
The perfect complement to our long-tube headers, these X-pipes use free-flowing mandrel-bent tubing and a genuine X crossover to provide a significant horsepower increase over the restrictive stock cat pipes. They're available with or without high-flow catalytic converters and feature our exclusive modular design for unparalleled versatility and ease of installation.
NOTES: For use with SLP Long-Tube Headers. May not be compatible with other long-tube header designs. Includes detailed instructions and all required installation hardware. Photo may not show all included parts.
FEATURES:
Includes band clamps for easy interchangeability of cats and race pipes
Equipped with a true X-pipe crossover, not a poor-flowing clamshell imitation
Constructed entirely from mandrel-bent stainless steel
Equipped with factory O2 bungs (where applicable)
Fits 1996-2004 SOHC/DOHC models
NOTE: Not legal for use on pollution-controlled motor vehicles.
