Ford uses a hydra bushing to attach the front control arm in the 2005 Mustang to the chassis. This fluid-filled design is great for smoothing out the bumps, but performance oriented drivers demand more, and they get it from Steeda. We've engineered a replacement bushing that utilizes urethane in place of the viscous filled factory original, and supply the kit with two durameter ratings (red are 70; black are 88). Both will provide better suspension compliance; the 88 durameter (harder) set may result in increased NVH (noise, vibration and harshness) when used.
