SLP has developed a new Ram Air H.O. hood for the 1998-2002 Firebird. This hood really enhances your car's already tough image. The aggressive air intake scoops will set your Firebird apart from the ordinary crowd. The hood is designed to work in conjunction with your car's original air box and provide ram air effect cold air breathing to your engine. Gains of 10 to 15 additional horsepower are possible, depending on engine size. The gel coated hood is shipped to you (or your body shop) ready to prep, prime and paint. All necessary hardware and detailed instructions are included.
